These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vin388 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated under the domain vin388.cam. By accessing, browsing or registering an account on vin388, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

vin388 is an English-language online casino and sports betting platform providing services to users including, but not limited to, those located in Pakistan. The platform offers casino game access, sports betting markets, live dealer tables and related entertainment services. All platform content is provided in English and is designed for users who are 18 years of age or older — or who meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the vin388 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on vin388, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years old or meet the higher minimum age required by the relevant licensing jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited under applicable law, or where access to the Platform is blocked by operator policy;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf only — account sharing, proxy registration and playing on behalf of another person are prohibited;
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded or had an account suspended or terminated by the operator for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close associate of the operator or any affiliated entity.

vin388 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal or when suspicious activity is identified. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of funds pending resolution.

Being of the minimum age does not automatically make gambling lawful in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded of gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and are responsible for independently verifying the legality of their participation under applicable local law.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the vin388 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vin388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify support immediately.

All deposits to your vin388 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds originating from a payment source belonging to another individual — are not permitted under any circumstances.

Payment methods available in the cashier may include, but are not limited to, mobile wallet transfers, bank transfers and cryptocurrency deposits. Methods commonly referenced in the Pakistan context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar examples. The listing of these institutions does not constitute endorsement of gambling by any such institution. Availability of any specific payment method must be verified directly in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to change at the operator's discretion. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. All amounts are processed in PKR or converted to the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing rate where applicable.

vin388 does not accept deposits derived from illegal activity. By depositing funds, you confirm that all monies deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are not engaged in any money laundering or financial crime. The operator reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Processing times for cryptocurrency deposits may vary depending on network congestion;
• In the event of a failed deposit, contact support with transaction reference details within 48 hours;
• Deposit fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full before processing will commence:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified — valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or Passport) and proof of address must be on file and confirmed;
• The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the registered name on your vin388 account exactly;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied — withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active but not yet rolled over may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount;
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes or compliance flags;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds, as displayed in the cashier, must be met.

Withdrawal processing times are determined by the operator and the payment provider. vin388 does not guarantee specific processing windows. Users are advised to allow adequate time for processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals which may require additional identity verification steps.

vin388 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on its end, however the payment provider may apply their own fees. These are beyond the operator's control and will be disclosed in the cashier where applicable.

All bonuses, promotions and offers made available on vin388 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. These Terms constitute the overarching framework governing all promotional activity; individual offer terms supplement and do not replace these Terms.

vin388 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not retrospectively altering terms already accepted by a user in good faith. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, patterns of play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk using strategies that exploit game mechanics — may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

Welcome offers and first-deposit promotions are available to new registrants only. Existing users who close and re-register to claim a new-user offer will be in breach of the single-account policy outlined in Section 4.

All games and betting markets available on vin388 operate under the rules established by the respective game provider or sports data supplier. Where a conflict exists between game-level rules and these Terms, the operator's interpretation shall take precedence for platform-level matters; game provider rules shall govern game-specific outcomes.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament fixtures, international football leagues, UFC events and other covered sports — are subject to the following conditions:

• Pre-match bets are settled at the odds displayed and confirmed at the time of placement;
• In-play / live betting odds fluctuate continuously — once a bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation apply;
• Event cancellations, postponements and walkovers are handled in accordance with the operator's sports settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section;
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed prior to confirmation;
• Accumulator/parlay bets require all selections to win — a single void or cancelled leg is typically treated as a single, returned to the parlay at reduced odds per published rules.

Casino games — including slot titles, live dealer tables, instant games and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures broadcast from licensed studios. RTP percentages stated for individual titles are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific returns for individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vin388 Platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud or criminal activity;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or latency in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Engaging in collusion with other users or operators to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms with minimal gambling risk;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to access system components, databases or administrative interfaces not intended for public use;
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or Platform access controls using VPNs or proxy services in violation of operator policy.

vin388 and the operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or criminal conduct;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under responsible gambling provisions;
• A mandatory exclusion order from a relevant regulatory body or court;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be retained by the operator as compensation for damages. Where closure is initiated for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure by the user), real-money balances in excess of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned via the user's last verified payment method, subject to completion of the KYC process.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gambling framework and are subject to specific terms outlined on the Responsible Gambling page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vin388 and the operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime or force majeure events beyond the operator's reasonable control;
• Outcomes of games or betting events — all gambling activity involves inherent financial risk and past results do not predict future outcomes;
• Any loss arising from a user's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access due to user negligence;
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of third-party sports data, odds feeds or game content provided by external suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits the operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the vin388 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall appearance and structure of the Platform — is the property of vin388 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content;
• Scraping, data mining or automated extraction of information from the Platform;
• Removal or alteration of any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices;
• Framing or deep-linking to Platform content on external websites without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The collection, processing and storage of personal data by vin388 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this document. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, vin388 collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations and communicate with you regarding your account. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained in accordance with applicable data protection obligations and operator policy.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Platform does not operate under a Pakistani gaming licence and that participation may be subject to local legal restrictions. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users participate at their own legal risk and responsibility.

In the event of a dispute between the user and the operator regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility or payment matters, users should first contact support to initiate an informal resolution process. The operator commits to responding to formal disputes within a reasonable timeframe, typically within ten (10) business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

vin388 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not agree with any amended Terms are entitled to close their account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6. The last reviewed date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms.
